We aim to ensure your order is delivered efficiently and safely. Please read the following delivery terms carefully before placing your order:
Standard delivery timeframes
- Mainland Spain: Delivery within 1–2 working days.
- Balearic Islands: Delivery within 2–4 working days.
Please note: We do not currently deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.
Express delivery is not currently available in any region.
Shipping costs
We offer a flat-rate shipping structure based on delivery location:
- Mainland Spain: €20
- Balearic Islands: €35
Please note: Shipping will be charged at a lower rate of €10 valid on any accessories under 2kg, (Final shipping costs are determined based on package volume and weight in accordance with carrier guidelines).
Terms & Conditions apply: Eligible products €10 include, but are not limited to: Tonoclear applanation prisms, Spare bulbs and 3.6V Lithium battery.
Free shipping terms
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over €1,000 when purchased in a single transaction.

Order & delivery communication
Once you have placed an order with us, you’ll receive the following communications regarding your delivery:
- Order acknowledgement: Sent immediately upon placing your order.
- Shipping notification: This will be sent once your order has been processed and packaged. It will include a recap of your order, our carrier details (UPS) and the order tracking number.
- Carrier update: Once your parcel has been collected by our carrier, UPS, you will receive tracking details and a proposed delivery date.
- Delivery confirmation: You’ll be notified once your parcel is out for delivery and upon successful delivery.

Carrier liability & Lost packages
- Once UPS collects your package from Keeler, UPS becomes responsible for its transport and safe delivery within the limits of their declared value insurance and terms.
- If you have not received your delivery, and UPS claims it has been delivered, you must do your best to follow their instructions to find it (e.g. “left with neighbour”), however if you are not able to locate your delivery you should contact us on shop-eu@keeler.co.uk as soon as possible or before 10 hours has passed, so that we can contact them directly within their 24hr deadline.
- If you authorise UPS to deliver without requiring a signature (e.g. “Leave at location”), UPS is no longer liable from the point of release onward—any loss or damage thereafter is your responsibility.
- Any damage to your delivery due to improper handling, or external events (e.g. weather), should also be reported to us by email (shop-eu@keeler.co.uk) as soon as possible after delivery, or before 10 hours has passed.
